Return Window

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be:
  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, or pet hair

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • For hygiene reasons, certain accessories may be non-returnable

How to Return

  1. Email us at AdellaWygand7545@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our return approval and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back in secure packaging with a tracking number.
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for size or color subject to availability. Please follow the return process above and indicate your desired replacement.
